Tail's post......."the day Byron became a man-child"....

Hello fellow followers. As you can see in the title my name is Taylor aka Tails. Today we stopped in the middle of nowhere, but it's a great place. It has a river lots of wood for a fire and yeah all good. It was about a 4 to 4 1/2 hours. Sam aka Easty and Pete Eastment set up the yabbie trap and we caught a few. Sam and I are making a litte video series so yeah. Today Byron became a man-child because he did his first bush poo in a hole that my dad dug! Well I'm getting tired so off to bed for me and that's the end of day 3. Well CYA!!

There's no point having a plan....

The best laid plans don't always come together!! We are supposed to be camped at Racecourse Headland for the next couple of days, getting some waves and sunshine......but instead here we are in Armidale! The weather was against us so after a quick stop in Port Macquarie to get tyres for my car then dropped into a mates place to leave all the boards.....we headed to Armidale!! Tomorrow we head for Moree via Bundarra, Bingara & Warialda after we get some supplies, replace a sleeping bag (you'd think we'd be better prepared than this!!) Rain rain go away!!!

The Last Home Sleep........

So......we're packed and ready, the fridge has been cleaned out, all the balls in the front yard have been put away, Boris the cat has his 2 months worth of food stocked up (I hope he can use a can opener??), one last sleep in my awesome bed and one last hot home shower to look forward to in the morning......we hit the road at 4am (the kids choice, not mine!!).....first stop is Racecourse Headland at Crescent Head, a new swell should arrive Wednesday so can everyone keep their fingers crossed please??? Cheers Pete

...Including the Kitchen Sink!

Here we are - three more sleeps until we're on tour and I think I even have the kitchen sink packed!  At least there is some time until we head out of the driveway, out of Kiama and start on our adventure.
